| Investigative reporter Erica Woods has just returned from a self-imposed sabbatical to her position at News.X, a web-based news show that investigates so-called paranormal phenomena.
When it started, the show was just a podcast and there were no pretensions that what they were investigating was real. It was just for fun. But when her cameraman and partner was killed under mysterious circumstances during her last story, everything changed.
With its first truly paranormal encounter, the show's popularity soared, but Erica was nowhere to be found. Now she's returned and ready to take on the new reality.
