We offer an on-line version of our audition form to speed up the audition process and make it run more smoothly. Your information will be put into
a database and a printed version of your form will be on-hand at auditions in case you need to add or change anything. In the event that you use the on-line form, then you only need bring the Availability Calendar with you to your audition.
