The Mask of Inanna Wins 2012 Parsec Award for Best Audio Drama!
MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 3rd, 2012
At Dragon*Con in Atlanta this past Saturday, The Post-Meridian Radio Players received the 2012 Parsec Award for the Best Speculative Fiction Audio Drama (Long Form) for The Mask of Inanna. Over the past several years, the Parsecs have become one of the most prestigious audio drama awards in America, so this is a huge deal for us!
We're still a bit stunned right now. We were up against some very tough competition, particularly Second Shift, which is a fantastic show and, like Mask, was recorded extensivey in Somerville, starred some of the same actors and had some of the same production team. It was hard to be up against our friends!
So congratulations to the cast and crew of Mask!
